• Made to Salón del Manga' 07 (Barcelona, Spain)

Haydeé's cosplay (Gankutsuou) has supposed my major challenge up to the date. We wanted to inform for 1 ª time in the semi-final of the WCS that was going to be celebrated in Barcelona in the Salón of Manga of this year, and ultimately we met this stranger but attractive encourage. We decide be the Count of Montecristo and princess Haydeé ... and that we would do to the big thing.
But, how to do the intricate print of the suit that Haydeé takes? It was the whole challenge to obtain it.
• SUIT: Haydeé takes a yellow suit and a coat raises, that is the one that characterizes her. The interior suit I did it with fabric of fallera (I do not advise it you, is very good but the the most expensive) being still a boss of a magazine. I did the beaks with the same type of fabric that I used in Rei's skirt in two colors - salmon and vanilla.
• COAT: The print was impossible to obtain without doing it to hand, so there was becoming necessary a type of permeable fabric to the spray painting. Together with my mother we weigh two types of different fabric: cotton and linen. We did diverse tests proofs of dyed and finally we chose the linen for being the one that less become shrivelled was staying. After cutting and to sew almost all the pieces (fewer sleeves and the shoulders) I designed on the fabric the print that was going to paint. The zones of color are painted by spray and the black zones by thick felt-tip pen.
• WIG & MAKEUP: I bought a wig for Internet of the same color and of length similar to takes Haydeé. I had to cut a lock for the front part and do the buns of the sides. The makeup is a Kryolán's professional.
• ACCESORIES: The belt is a Christmas adornment (that lasts more and costs less than the necklaces that they sell thereabouts). The earrings and the necklace are done by EVA colored with gouache red and yellow. The tape that I take to the neck is of golden level.
